Post your event and tell us what roles, qualification levels and number of officials you need. AllOfficials matches your job with officials who meet the requirements and are within their selected travel range.

No. When a qualified official applies and a role is available, they are confirmed automatically.

Hand Picked is coming soon. It will allow organisers to give selected officials early access to a job before it becomes available more widely.

A job becomes Urgent automatically when the event is within four days. Urgent jobs receive increased visibility and priority notifications to help fill last-minute vacancies.

Featured increases the visibility of a role by placing it above other listings on the officials' job board.

Insurance is an optional booking protection feature that can help protect eligible refunds when you need to cancel a job close to the event. It applies inside the four-day window and covers cancellations made more than four hours before the event starts.

Most job details can be changed, although some changes become restricted once officials have confirmed and as the event gets closer. The sport is locked from the moment you post.

Their role becomes available again so another eligible official can apply, and the organiser is notified. If the event is close, the role is automatically flagged Urgent.

Yes. An organiser can make an additional payment, and an official can also request additional payment where appropriate. Either direction, you have up to 28 days after the event.

Create your account, complete your profile, add your qualifications and connect your payment account. Your certificates and profile then go through the required approval process.

There are four requirements before jobs become available: your profile is approved, your bank is connected through Stripe, your profile is complete (name, address and travel range), and you hold at least one verified sport certificate.

Jobs are matched using factors including your certified role and level, additional certificate requirements and your travel range.

No. When you apply for an available role and meet its requirements, you are confirmed immediately. It's first come, first served.

No. Ratings are tracked separately for each role you hold. A rough game in one role doesn't affect your rating in another.

You'll be shown what has changed with a before and after comparison, and you'll have a 24-hour window to accept or decline the new terms. If you don't respond, you're automatically removed from the role with no penalty and any reward you used is returned.

The role becomes available again immediately. If the event starts within the next 28 days, you're blocked from applying to any other job on that same calendar day for 24 hours. Cancellations can also be reviewed where there is a pattern of frequent cancellations.

Payments are made to your connected bank account through Stripe after the event. Your payout is usually settled within four to five business days, although your Stripe account will show the expected date it will arrive in your account. Disputed payments are put on hold and reviewed by admin.

If an organiser cancels less than four days out without Insurance covering it, and you were already confirmed, you're compensated automatically: a cash payment of 20% of your role's wage, capped at £50, plus a matching reward credit, also capped at £50.

Yes. AllOfficials may offer referral rewards and limited-time campaigns. The available rewards and conditions can vary.
